On such a big night of celebration I had to go to one of my favorite places of all time. THE BIG CHILL, most of the people who have been there and like good Italian pastas , salads , ice cream blended shakes and mouth watering delicious deserts, would agree with me on this.
Love the service, ambiance and most importantly the food. This place is like once a month must for me , but keeping my ponch in mind I do restrict myself hehehe
This is a must try and then fall in love for each and everyone out there, simply love this place. As I said earlier when you visit this place must tries are Pastas, Chocolate shakes and the deserts. The only negative I could find was that they have too much variety and at times confuses you, beware of that.

Punjabi Galiayara , Sec-18, Noida ((28/12/2007))
(28/12/2007 : Dinner) : Went with J and V to sector 18. Had planned to try out (again) something new at Punjabi by Nature, Noida but when we reached there we got to know that the place had shut down for renovation or something, which came as a suprose for all of us as the new year is approaching and shutting at this time of the year is a loss anyways we moved on to search for a new place to eat out.
From a distance we heard loud dhol music from a distance , when we approched it saw a new place had opened up "Punjabi Galiyara", and we looked up to the place and it was a 2 floor restraunt and on the first look it look pretty decent from the outside and the dhol music to welcome people pushed us even more to check out the place.
We decided quickly and went for it and while entering were greeted with a warm sasriyakaal by the darbaan (thumbsUp). Anyways it took a while for the floor manager to find us our seeats, it looked pretty packed to me (I guess mainly cause of the dhol). Anyways we the seat that was given to us was like a typical one-side-sofa-one-side-chair thing, the chair I sat on was not that comfy but the sofa seemed pretty comfy to J.
The service was pretty poor from the beginning the waiter did get clean glasses but dint pour water into it cleanly. As soon as we sat we were presented with the menu card(thumbsDown) and as soon as the menu card was given the dish plated were layed out. I mean I had kept the menu card in front of me on the table and the waiter comes and slides the dish under the menu card (I wonder where all the card had been to and now its on my plate !!!).
Anyways we dint seem ready for the order and the manager kept coming asking for the order I mean for god sake let me keep the menu down or ask for assistance.
While the waiter was serving something on the table on my right almost banged his tray on my head, I had to stop him from dropping a plate on my table too.
Moving on we were served the wrong order though giving them a plus the manager himself came to us about even though we had realized they had made the basic mistake of serving bone-chicken while we order a boneless one. Then we asked the manager to repeat the breads order and he got us something else.
Food was OK, I would say OK cause I dint like it much but J did and trust his judgment on food. Then came the bill and they forgot to charge us for the second round of breads, all in all for the price the food dint seem to be worth it.

The Beginning.
Hey all,
Been a big foody for a long time now and been to a lot of places from nukad chai wala to the most expensive places to eat in delhi. Yesterday went to one of the newly opened restaurant in Noida and man got so disgusted with the service and food that I almost wished I hadn't come out for the evening but hey then again for me the company matters too and that saved the evening.
Anyways so last night I decided to start a blog so that similar foodies like me dont face this problem and never visit that place until it has risen to a certain level.
I regularly visit a lot of places almost 4-5 new places a month, so that should the frequency of my posts.Chalo then lets start......
